Botox.Marketize Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for booking, cancelling, and receiving treatments at Botox.Marketize. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Deposits, Cancellations & Appointment Times

A deposit (minimum £30) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your procedure. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being retained.

If you are running late, please contact Botox.Marketize as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at our discretion.

On rare occasions, your appointment may need to be changed by Botox.Marketize. In such cases, at least 48 hours’ advance notice will be given, and alternative dates/times will be offered.

Consultations, Treatments & Payments

During your consultation, our practitioner will explain the treatment process, potential outcomes, and any risks. Please note that results are not guaranteed and may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired outcome.

If you decide to proceed with treatment but are dissatisfied with the results, no refund will be provided, as medical practice requires measured and staged treatment.

For wrinkle-relaxing treatments (Botox), a follow-up review is required at 2 weeks and no later than 3 weeks post-treatment. If results do not meet your expectations but you decline further corrective treatment, no refund will be issued.

Payments:

• The remaining balance (after deducting your deposit) must be paid in full on the day of treatment.
  
• We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.
  
• Cheques are not accepted.

Medical History & Safety

A full medical history is required before any treatment can be carried out. This is essential for determining suitability and ordering the correct medical products for your procedure.

It is your responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical information. Failure to provide relevant details may affect your treatment outcome and safety. Botox.Marketize cannot be held liable for complications arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

General Terms

• All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners in accordance with UK healthcare and aesthetic guidelines.
  
• By booking with Botox.Marketize, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe.
